About Jake

Jake Douglass is a follower of Christ, a founder, educator, coach, speaker, and board member. His calling is equitable access to transformative education through servant leadership.

He is the Founder and Executive Chairman of Practicing Musician, whose method is used in 90+ countries, and the Co-founder, Chairman, and CEO of ClimbHigh.AI. He holds a BA in Psychology from Pitzer College, completed the Executive Development Program at the University of Washington Foster School of Business, and has lectured Ph.D. and Masters students. He has been playing music for 32 years.
