You bring two currencies to every session: your time and your attention. My job is to steward both.

In 60 minutes on Zoom, we find out where you are, what's holding you back and what will help most.
Within 48 hours, you receive the session recording (download your recording within 7 days) and a personal action plan, yours to keep whether or not you continue.
If you join, we meet one-on-one on Zoom and work through your plan, adjusting it as you grow.
Your $200 Discovery Session is credited in full toward your first payment when you join within 14 days.
Sessions are 30 or 60 minutes, on Zoom. Every student gets session recordings and my full attention.

My story
Sober since , after 14 years of addiction.
The only honest answer I have is grace: a gift I didn't earn and couldn't have manufactured on my own.
My journey to sobriety integrated faith, intensive personal work, and the transformative power of music. Music practice was the discipline that rebuilt what addiction had damaged.
